Kids Yoga at the 2013 Kids Health FAIR
This Wednesday at 2pm, the Adams County Farm Fresh Markets will be presenting their 3rd Annual Kid’s Day Health Fair. For those of you that missed it last year, I was able to personally attend and write a review about my experience.

- Your usual farmers market fresh produce
- Yoga classes for kids
- Massage classes for kids
- Giveaways
- Games
- Health Screenings
- …and more!
Where is this located? At the Heritage Center on Steinwehr Avenue.
When is it? 2PM-4PM
There’s no fee to be there, as it’s just a farmer’s market. However, feel free to support your local neighbors and farmers to stock up on some local fresh goodies while you are there 🙂
